MIAMI (CBSMiami) (5/26/12) -- Miami police shot and killed a man on the MacArthur Causeway Saturday afternoon, and police sources told CBS4 they had no choice: the naked man they shot was trying to chew the face off another naked man, and refused to obey police orders to stop his grisly meal. Sources also say he consumed the eyes and nose of the victim, after the officer ordered the suspect to stop he growled at the officer then continued to consume the victim. The officer fired one shot, striking the suspect which did not stop the suspect from eating the victim. The officer then fired multiple more times apparrently killing the suspect.
(UPDATE-5/28/12) Also new reports from witnesses who witnessed the horrible scene described it as something worse then a scene out of The Silence of the Lambs. Other witnesses described it as a real life Zombie Movie and others as a scene from the "Walking Dead," witnesses also reported the whole face of the victim was completely consumed and the suspect "growled" numerous times. At the moment police have no clue why this happened and have not released anymore information as they are speechless. Could this be a zombie outbreak/apocalypse that was stopped just in time? All this footage belongs to the CBS Miami News Station and their affiliates
